There are three ways of reaching out to the community for support: IRC, the Mailing List, and e-mailing directly.

IRC

IRC is a real-time chat. You'll need an IRC client.

The server: irc.freenode.net The room: #snorby

Please be patient, as many of us have jobs or are doing other things. Ask your question and we'll get back with you as soon as possible.

Mailing List

The Snorby project uses Google Groups for its mailing list. Visit http://groups.google.com/group/snorby. Use the search function to see if someone has had a similar issue! If not, hit New Post.

Please provide as much output data, the version of Snorby you're using, your Ruby and your Ruby on Rails versions. This can be done by issuing the following commands at the command prompt:

ruby -v
rails -v

E-mailing Directly

This is the worst option. But if you're bashful or have another reason why you don't want to use the first two options, send us an e-mail at support@snorby.org. Follow the steps under Mailing List on what output to send us. And consider before doing this, sending direct e-mails do not help the community as much as sending to the mailing list.
