For issue #95, a CMM example using variable wall properties and general Dirichlet inflow BC is added to the test cases.
The original vein graft model in svFSI-Test uses a large number of elements. I have replaced it with the existing iliac bifurcation model. Running this example without an error shows that Issues #160 and #161 are resolved.
