Adding iliac artery patient specific case

Current situation

Adding svFSIPlus fluid test using actual patient-specific data #95

Release Notes

  • New fluid test case that implements Simvascular iliac artery example with coarsened mesh
  • Uses resistance boundary condition (results compared and verified to svfsi)
