start with the file covid_analysisInitial.m this will generate the data (.mat files). Change the directories to fit your system. worldUSanalysis.m analysis the World Data and the US data. airportAnalysis.m looks at air passengers, also vehicular passengers, and builds the linear models. allometric Analysis.m Runs the allometric model fit and evaluates the predictions. The ".mat" files contain all the data extracted from the spred sheets that we obtained from the cited sources. We provide almost all the excell spread sheets, except for the US county data, which is super large. You can download it or contanct us and we can share it via other form.
