Time extension (Premium)

From 05/01/2021, all regular customers have been transferred to a lifetime tariff.

Now only 3 accounts can be binded to one server.

A lot has been "bug fixed" since update 105.2...
Most likely all endless evades not working now.
ArcanePulse has also undergone changes (nerfed).
I fixed it as best I could. It's still not as good as it used to be. But at least something.
