Updating of the library Evaluation of Proximity Programs EPP (Detomasi & Botto, 2017), which also incorporates parameters for instead of considering Euclidean distances between population and centers, it also allows estimating distances through the Open Street Map road network (OSM ) using the library osrm (giraud, 2017).

Evaluation of Proximity Programs
This is our first attempt to transform a R syntax applied to a case in evaluation for an initial education program in Uruguay, which gave us interesting results, and we wanted to share the methodology used, in a R package format. All contributions are welcome, even though we are still in the process of improvement.
