Support for all 16 counters of DataFabric unit
All events from the docs regarding DataFabric
Removed groups MEM1 and MEM2, they use undocumented events
Add groups MEMREAD and MEMWRITE covering all 12 memory channels

Tested:

ACCESSMODE=accessdaemon
ACCESSMODE=direct
ACCESSMODE=perf_event
