Problem Statement: Store wants to create an annual sales report for 2022. so that store can understand their customers and grow more sales in 2023 Data was provided in .xlsx format for 2022 year

Data cleaning: Checking for any missing vales, any Blank vales, Check for gender (Here some places Men mention as M and Men both and for Women mentioned as W and Women) and checking any mismatch in the corresponding columns data

Data processing : generating age brackets based on the range, extracting Month from Date column

Using Pivot tables creating different charts: Combo chart, Bar chart,Pie chart

Generating interactive dashboard and adding Slicers

Providing Insights based on the analysis

Store Insights

1. Women are more likely to buy compared to men (~65%)
2. Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh are the top 3 states (~35%)
3. Adult Age group (30-49yrs) is max contributing (~50%)
4. Amazon,Flipkart and Myntra channels are max contributing (~80%) Conclusion: Target women customers of age group (30-49 yrs) living in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh by showing ads/offers/coupons available on Amazon, Flipkart and myntra

Bike _Sales Data Analytics

Problem Statement: The bike service company provided the dataset that contains different region wise bike purchsed information, required to cteate the dashboard of the datasets and providing the insights.

Insights:

1. Average income per purchase is more for male compared to Female

2. Bike purchasing rate is more in males

3. The middle Age group( Age 31 t0 55) people purchasing bikes more

Hiring Process Analytics

Project Description: Hiring process is the fundamental and the most important function of a company. Here, the MNCs get to know about the major underlying trends about the hiring process. Trends such as- number of rejections, number of interviews, types of jobs, vacancies etc. are important for a company to analyse before hiring freshers or any other individual.
