Release: heavily updated

With the eventual goal of this being a legitimately good and usable program, I did have some time to put into this and I'd say it's significantly closer to that goal, while still needing a lot of work. Hopefully I can continue to find time to keep improving it.

This release:

• Major UI changes/improvements
• Lots of bug fixes
• Basic support for importing Postman collections (collection schema v2.1.0)
• Dropped useless wget/downloads
• More useful options

v0.1.0-b

Allows adding key from menu when empty, couple other bug fixes. Wanted an updated binary available here, best bet is still to cargo install cute_tui at this point.

Pre-Release v0.1.0 alpha

Will do an official v0.1.0 in a couple weeks when I have more time. Really wanted to wait to publish but figured just get something out there to get some feedback.
