MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TECHNICAL STEERING COMMITTEE
04 October 2018
A regular meeting of the Technical Steering Committee (the “TSC”) of the OpenAPI Initiative (“OAI”) was held on 04 October 2018 at 9:05 a.m. PT via conference call.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05am it was announced that a minor of release of the spec (v3.0.2) had been approved by the Technical Steering Committee https://github.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/pull/1700. The TSC announced the release to go live on Monday Oct. 8, 2018 to allow the Outreach committee to build awareness.
Following that announcement the discussion continued to include the Overlays feature. Participants were invited to provide feedback and insights both for and against including the feature. After a lengthy discussion the TSC moved to request a vote on including the feature in the next release. With upcoming travel on various TSC members, it was requested for an electronic vote.
Having exhausted the agenda, the meeting adjourned at 9:45am
