Checkout https://github.com/bcit-ci/CodeIgniter
Checkout codeigniter-todo into another directory and overwrite with it the codeigniter directory's contents.
Create a postgres database.
Run initdb.sql to initialize the database.
Edit these files accordingly:
application/config/config.php
application/config/database.php
