Simple reproducible example:

.\ITMDrvr.exe -v

outputs the following

*******************************************************
Institute for Telecommunications Sciences - Boulder, CO
        ITM Driver Version: -1.-1
        ITM DLL Version: -1.-1
Time: Wed Apr 17 14:13:14 2024
*******************************************************
