based on your documentation the BMC Helix Platform is not affected.
If I run the log4j checker I get the following results:
It looks like that it is affected. Please check asap.

 D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem_21.3.00\dataimporttool\plugins\com.bmc.arsys.studio.api_21.30.0.build000\lib\arlogger-21.30.00-SNAPSHOT.jar contains Log4J-2.x  >= 2.10.0 _VULNERABLE_
