Fixed some rendering Glitches

Fixed Bread Slice rendering upside down when a sandwich was put on a plate.
Fixed glitch when multiple ovens were rendering and the player opened one, another would show up as open.

Custom Oven Recipes

You can now make custom oven recipes. Simply define an input and an output in the Config. For more info, see the wiki, under Config.

Added Plate and Customizable Knife recipe

Added a plate, right-click with an item to add it, right-click with an empty hand to remove top item.
The knife recipe can now be fully customized. See Config in the wiki

Fixed Recipes and Burt Meat Texture

Oops, forgot to add the texture, also made an oopsie with the crafting recipes.

Added Oven and Config

Added the Oven. Also added a config, to change how much lettuce spawn in the world, and change the crafting recipe of the knife.
Also added German translation, thanks to Nompl.
Also changed all knife recipes to shapeless.

Fixed NEI bug. Rewrote Combo system.

Fixed a bug where the game would crash whenever you hovered over the Sandwich item in Not Enough Items/Too Many Items.
Also rewrote the Combo system, from the old, somewhat bad system I made during ModJam, and added a recipe to the Tiles.
