Targeting Particles (WebGL Demo)

Unity WebGL demo of targeting particles, inspired by this Blender (Geometry Nodes) sketch.

  • If I'm actively working on this, you may see things change over time!
  • The cube mesh itself may not render if visiting from mobile- but everything else should be fine.

Controls

Focus (click in the game area) to activate input for moving the target.
The emitter can be controlled without focus.

  • 'R' to reset.
  • 'Esc' to release cursor.

Target Controls

  • Mouse/Touch XY: move on XY axis (left/right and top/bottom).
  • W, A: move on Z axis (forward/backward).

Emitter Controls

  • Q, E: decrease/increase trail noise.
  • A, D: decrease/increase trail width.

  • F, G, and H: emit 1, 5, and 10 particles.

  • L-Shift: toggle ultra slow-motion.

  • Mouse Scroll: Particle rate over time (emission).
