Windows installation

Updated Windows installation:

1. Download newest Eclipse version
   => https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/
2. Download and install "gcc-arm-none-eabi" from github link
   => https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded/4.7
3. Install GNU ARM plugin from Eclipse marketplace
4. Install Zylin Embedded CDT plugin from Eclipse maketplace
5. Download and install openocd setup for windows
   =>https://github.com/gnuarmeclipse/openocd/releases
6. Gitclone and import into workspace
