Use this test message with the ContinuityofCare source map. The test message contains general header and allergy, immunization, procedure, problem, and encounter section data. If using your own test message, please make sure 1) YOU DO NOT USE PHI DATA and 2) if you use other sections, e.g., medications, the references for entries in that section will show up in the FHIR result files but the detail bundle resource for that entry will not.

If you have your own allergy compliance FHIR Bundle, please make sure 1) YOU DO NOT USE PHI DATA and 2) if your use contains other resources besides allergy, they will not be transformed. If you do or can create FHIR test message, the HL7 CDA to/from FHIR mapping project would greatly appreciate your contribution.
