Why?
There are not many open-source adventure game scripting engines.
And we were too lazy to click the download buttons ;) .

What does the "R*" mean?
Adventure games contain secrets and riddles.
This is a secret. The "R" has got a hidden meaning.
(No, the "R" doesn't stand for "Riddle"...)
