thanos

GoDoc

thanos is a simple little package that provides a Snap function, which accepts a slice and returns a subset containing half of the original elements, selected at random.

Usage

Snap(v []interface{}) []interface{}

Example

The following outputs three randomly selected elements of the values slice:

import (
    "github.com/KyleBanks/thanos"
)

func main() {
    values := []interface{}{1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
    balanced := thanos.Snap(values)

    println(balanced)
}
