This package is a complete pipeline of performing vascular fluid-structure interaction (FSI) simulations. The package is actively developed and not yet ready for relase.
This packge can be installed through conda or mamba using enviornment.yml. Details will be available later, but interested users may create a new environment with
conda env update --file environment.yml --name your_environment
