SD&D Completion

At this point, RPI Tours is complete for the scope of Software Documentation and Design. In the fall (hopefully), there will be big additions to the project that will make it ready for actual deployment. I'm marking this as a pre-release as we aren't ready for the App Store yet. You will need an API File to run this (I don't want that on GitHub). You can message me for access to this.
