pcaplinktype: rename LINKTYPE_IPMB_LINUX to LINKTYPE_I2C_LINUX.

LINKTYPE_I2C_LINUX is also used for HDMI DDC over I2C, not just IPMB
over I2C.  The header has nothing IPMB-specific in it.
