ecviz is an app to visualize data downloaded from the Environment
Canada Freshwater quality monitoring.
There are ways of installing the package directly from GitLab but we have been having issues with the authentication for those.
To install the latest development version from Gitlab:
- Download the project from https://git.hatfieldgroup.net/RPhilibert/ecdataviz and extract files in a folder
- Alternative clone the project from https://git.hatfieldgroup.net/RPhilibert/ecdataviz
- Open the Rproj file in RStudio
- Click “Build > Install and restart”
To open the shiny app, run the following command in your R console:
ecviz::run_app()
