Issue 570 lever adjustments for small changes #571

  • Add friction lock / vernier feature
  • Ammend travel of prop lever

Fix #570

- Shift-usage now adjusts in 10% steps (previously it was 50%)
- Alt-usage (new) now adjusts in 1% steps
- Normal operation is still 5% steps

This simulates the throttle friction lock and the vernier feature of prop and mixture levers.
The main in-sim result is finer control wit mouse whell usage.

I think its ready and good as it is now.

- Shift usage now still does 10% increments
- Alt usage does 1% increments
- combining alt+shift results in 2% steps
- This applies also to dragging and mouse wheel scrolling

(It is in sync with the C182 now; see HHS81/c182s#571 )
