Support custom output folders

Fixes #4

Support for the new official React & Vue versions of TailwindUI components

Bumped the Node.js version from 13 → 14. Also added support for custom (non-master) branches for the environment repository.

This project still defaults to the master branch for backwards-compatibility. If you are using a new repository (which defaults to main) or have changed your default branch from master, you must set the branch (and/or current_branch) input variables accordingly.
