Feature: Add print buttons in report view.

Description

Adds 2 buttons for printing the report file. First one prints as is. The second one expands the information about categories and blocking reasons.

Testing Instructions

Exported HTML should have 2 sticky buttons on the top right hand corner.

• "Print" should print the HTML as is.
• "Expand and Print" should expand all the HTML elements and the instantiate print.
