Setup

1. Clone repository
2. Setup Virtual environment (Can ignore if your editor makes one for you)
   a. run make setup-venv
   b. Use source venv/bin/activate to activate the venv
   c. Step 2.b should be executed everytime you work with the repo
3. Install requirements using make setup-dev
