Legacy spatial packages

This release uses legacy R spatial packages rgdal, rgeos and maptools.

These packages are being retired in 2023, so we need to rewrite the code to use sf and related packages.

The purpose of this release is to capture the code state prior to these updates.

MonteCarloPaper

This release snapshots the code when the Monte-Carlo sampling paper was done (including post-review edits to figures) in early April 2022. Please do not use this release (or any others) except to cross-check the work at that time -- the master branch is intended for general use and should pass the full test suite.

Scenario_sampling_paper_and_guidelines

This release snapshots the code when submitting the Monte-Carlo sampling paper and the tsunami guidelines in November 2021. Please do not use this release (or any others) except to cross-check the work at that time -- the master branch is intended for general use and should pass the full test suite.
