New Environment Setup

1. Install bash-it
2. Install Sublime Text
3. Move the dotfiles to ~
4. Move sublime files to ~/Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 3/Packages/User/
5. Create a .localgitconfig file with the new email address
