I am a maintainer of the winapps project. Winapps basically automates streaming windows apps with freerdp in order to make them look like their are native. However currently we only support x11 due to the missing rails on wlfreerdp.

Therfore I have a question when can we expect sdl-freerdp to have rails support, so we can use it for our purpose?

@LDprg can´t tell yet, but some time after 3.0 release most likely.
getting lots of (little) things fixed and next big one is multimon for sdl-client. (requirement for rails, so good for that)
FYI: most likely not a full replacement until SDL3 (we can´t get clipboard to work with the SDL2 API)

@akallabeth Gentle ping, do you have any news on Rail support ? I believe the 3.0 release has been done and is still on going enhancements/bug fixes ?
I've seen there has been some work on Rail support in Febuary 2024, but I believe it is still basic implementation steps.

@AkechiShiro will have a look on this when back from holiday.
