Hello @Calinou

Thanks for the proposition. I know this has been a controversial color choice since the beginning of this fork. But this blue is a testament to the first blue colors associated with unvisited links in defauld browser. And I wanted to clearly make a difference with the original colors from the project it is being forked from.

Now, I agree. This can come as "aggressive" on certain screen setup. And I agree with you, it needs to be refined. But I don't this it should be done by "watering down" the color. I'm hoping we can keep a strong blue, for its historical reasons. While having a design that is less strong to the eye. Maybe by changing how this upper banner looks like.

What do you think?

@xuv Thanks for your feedback 🙂

Would a darker shade of blue be accepted? It might look good enough as to not be too aggressive.

Sure. We could try. Do you want to make a proposition for a darker blue?

The page looks very pleasant with the dark reader extention.

The white background is changed to:

body {
    color: rgb(174, 170, 163);
    background-color: rgb(10, 12, 12);
}
