The interface contains events type when the highlight is either added, modified or removed.

`HighLightAction.NEW`

When a new highlight is created.

`HighLightAction.MODIFY`

When the highlight is modified by either changing its color or adding a new note to the highlight.

`HighLightAction.DELETE`

When the highlight is removed.
