You can download the latest version of WallpaperEx on the Release page

Currently there is no automatic option for this, but you can do the following:
- Create a shortcut of
WallpaperEx.exe
- Press
WIN + R
on your keyboard - Type
shell:startup
and press enter - Move the created shortcut into the folder that just opened
To disable it just redo step 2 and 3 and delete the shortcut to WallpaperEx.exe
