Starting with Tower v3.2.1, you can use a UVC device to pipe a video stream to the Tower video widget.

Notes:

This feature has been successfully tested with:

Nexus 7 running on an Android Kit Kat / Lollipop / Marshmallow.
Moto G 2nd Gen running on an Android Kit Kat / Lollipop/Marshmallow.
Moto G 3rd Gen running on an Android Kit Kat / Lollipop/Marshmallow.
Azus Zenfone 5 running on an Android Kit Kat / Lollipop.

USB HUB OTG to have Tower with Telemetry and FPV at the same time.

Tower Guide

Navigate to Settings -> User Interface
Click on Widgets Preferences
Select UVC Video and Deselect Solo Video
Go back to the flight screen. If configured correctly, the video widget will start displaying the video stream from UVC device!
