Gestock Orders

Orders

It's the part of module Gestock where you manage orders.

You have two possibility to access the Orders section.

Via stocks alert (from homepage)

When the user will click on the button , next to one of the items in stock alert, a command will be created with all items from the same supplier.

Each of the items of this supplier, which are in stock will alert a minimum quantity filled, while other items of this supplier are displayed with a zero quantity.

The user can, then change quantities at will.

Via current orders (from homepage)

There are several states order.

• The order when it is ready to be sent to the supplier;
• The receipt, when delivery is expected;
• The bill, when delivery is confirmed; Depending on the status of the command that the user will open, through orders, future action will not be the same.
