Physarum

⚠️Warning: I've written this code when I was learning compute shaders. It's long time in my todo list to clean it up. Hopefully in near future code will be more readable.

This project implements the algorithm presented in the paper "Characteristics of Pattern Formation and Evolution in Approximations of Physarum Transport Networks" by Jeff Jones.

Platform:

  • tested only on Unity 2018.2
  • tested only on MacOS
