2.0 Release Candidate 1

I believe we're finally at a place to start having beta testers for the site. It's relativealy stable and there don't seem to be any showstoppers (that I've seen). Below are a list of bug fixes and new features:

Updates

• Lots of updated text throughout profiles
• Updated collective learning logo
• Eras added to search
• Maps show active country in light gray

• Places and Occupations now appear in rankings
• Dynamic visualization titles now include place and occupations filters
• Lots of homepage text updates
• Example API calls added
• Person profile youtube queries append occupation for example:
