This repository hosts a single Ipython Notebook, whose goal is to:
- Introduce students to the laboratory cloud environment
- Refresh some basics in python programming
- Get used to frequently used libraries such as numpy, pandas, matplotlib
- Get started with some very basic distributed programs using Spark and its Python API
