Objective:

The project aims to leverage Excel's powerful features, such as pivot tables and a variety of charting tools, to conduct a thorough analysis of a comprehensive dataset encompassing 120 years of Olympic history. Through the strategic use of pivot tables, we intend to delve into diverse aspects including demographic trends, country-specific performances, and athlete characteristics. By employing a range of Excel chart types including bar graphs, line charts, and scatter plots, the objective is to visually depict these insights effectively. Additionally, Excel's extensive array of functions will facilitate the calculation of metrics such as medal success rates, athlete demographics, and longitudinal trends. Through the utilization of these Excel tools and functions, the project endeavors to provide detailed and insightful analyses of Olympic participation and performance dynamics.
