Description
As a user, I would like the system to change the input field to a calendar view for date range response types

Scope of Work

Create a high fidelity mock-up of interaction
Implement calendar response type on UI
Implement back-end logic to accommodate change

Acceptance Criteria

System asks a question where the response type is a date
The user input field changes into a calendar view, where a date range may be selected.

Documentation, files, diagrams, etc. relating to this feature:
Url, books, etc.
