Calendar user input for dates

Description
As a user, I would like the system to change the input field to a calendar for date response types

Scope of Work

• Create a high fidelity mock-up of interaction
• Implement calendar response type on UI
• Implement back-end logic to accommodate change

Acceptance Criteria

• System asks a question where the response type is a date
• The user input field changes into a calendar

In my opinion, this story could incorporate more than just the calendar implementation.

We should be coming up with all possible input types (this should be a relatively small list that matches existing fact types), following by creating the components for this input types.

There this story would be dependent on #153 being complete.

In my view, we should have smaller user stories; for example one for each input. this is the reason why I split this story and #166. As we find new data types, we can create new user stories
