Basically, this is going to be a port of CouchDB to C++ with wire-compatible replication protocol.

SofaDB is mainly designed to be a FAST replacement for embedded devices. Also, it's a personal experiment
serving to prove that Erlang is quite fast enough compared to C++ implementation.
