Saving at checkpoint before a major code refactor. Next steps:

• Port all code to Python 3
• Separate the analysis frontend from the leakage back-end, following the ChipWhisperer model
• Create tooling for manipulating large traces: investigate on-disk databases, as well as porting to chipwhisperer-compatible format / matlab.
• Write proper README.md's for everything

DES Support Release

Major improvements to code, including support for extracting 48/56 bits of a DES key from the first round.

Initial release of side-channel analysis code, containing examples for AES on ATMega and PIC targets.
