Maintenance release

This release fixes a bug (#8) that caused locate_codons() to miss some occurrences of ANA, TNT, GNG and CNC codons. This bug did not affect the original use case of the iSTOP package, but, when designing guides that target these other codons (e.g. designing guides to target the K codon AAA), this fix will result in additional guides.

Deprecation warnings issued by newer versions of tidyverse packages have also been addressed.
