To run this demo:

1. Download everything in the repo to your computer
2. Open the Ex2-TileToastNotifications\End folder 
3. Open the End.sln file
4. Recompile
5. Press F5 to run
6. When the phone app launches, pin the app icon to the start page
7. When the WPF client launches, run the Phone app and make sure
   that a connection is made.
8. Change the settings on the WPF application and see results in WP
9. For all but the RAW notification, the WP app will have to be closed
