Singapore HDB rent prices vs GDP

I wanted to find out the main driving factor behind HDB prices and seeing that HDB resale prices is pretty much done to death (in my opinion at least), I see what can possibly be uncovered by taking a look at Singapore's HDB rent prices and its possible relationship to the country's GDP.
