Meshes folder contains meshes.
scripts folder contains scripts to operate on meshes.
msh2vtu.py: converts gmsh hexahedral meshes into hexahedra vtus for visualisation in paraview. example usage: python msh2vtu.py cylinder.msh cylinder.vtu
gmsh2iron.py: converts general gmsh .msh files into Numpy Arrays for implementation into OpenCMISS-Iron.
