## ℹ️ Context for reviewers

This is going to be an ongoing effort. Fields where there were
discrepancies between the previous data dictionary, customer insights,
internal confluence documents, and BFD's data dictionary, were resolved
in favor of the mapping in the BFD DD.

## ✅ Acceptance Validation

New data dictionary file incorporates additional fields, feedback from
prior tickets (BCDA-7453, BFD-2727, and BCDA-7483), and is more correct
than the old data dictionary.
