Compiles using Visual Studio 2013 and the NSRG Buildtime on Windows 10.
Is able to open video files on my laptop without linking against FFMPEG (it uses DirectVideo from an old MS installer).
Also added an Advanced Installer script for it that installs only the two file-reading icons (CUDA and normal).
