MultiSigWallet protocols are under working: It allows multiple owners to manage transactions, with a 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 4 number of confirmations required to execute a transaction. The contract implements functions for submitting, confirming, executing and revoking transactions, as well as functions for checking transaction details. The Blockxy multisig wallet also includes events to log various actions such as deposit, submit, confirm, revoke and execute transactions. Added utilities from OpenZeppelin, Chainlink and BNB
